Little Red Caboose housed at Historic Crossville Depot

After waiting 13 years, the Crossville Depot has a little red caboose. Visitors to the Crossville Depot can now see the new caboose sitting on a short length of track in front of the historic Depot building.

“This is part of our history,” explained Crossville Mayor J. H. Graham III. He added that he would like to see some type of an exhibit explaining the community's ties to Alvin C. York once the caboose is ready to open.

The depot is where Alvin C. York returned home from WWI. It has unique gifts, daily coffee, tea and candy samples.

Exit 317, off I-40 S. Take Hwy. 127, 3 mi. to center of town.
